La Feria native, David Zuniga (left), relaxes before his interview for the City of La Feria Centennial historical video shoot. David is just one of dozens of longtime residents that will tell their story of their life in the community. Although away from La Feria for a few years, while he served as UTPA registrar, he has retired at his old farm place. David is busy with his church, public speaking and a little farming. The team of John Juarez (center) and Jonathan Cruz (right) has been hired to videotape the interviews. The historical videos will be screened for the public at the Fiesta de La Feria/ Centennial Celebration to be held February 27 & 28. Photo: Mary Beth Wright/LFN
