The Lower Rio Grande Valley Cotillion Club will hold its Annual Presentation Ball on January 29-31 at the South Padre Island Convention Center this year.

The Lower Valley Cotillion Club was originally founded in September of 1954 by Ms. Byron Campbell of Raymondville as a social organization designed to bring together and present to society Lower Rio Grande Valley college-bound, civic-minded and socially active girls. Many Rio Grande Valley women have fond memories of their own Cotillion presentation in years past. The Cotillion Club continues to be a two-year social club for selected junior and senior girls. The highlight of each year is the Presentation Ball.
