Chamber Members To Participate in Independence Day Celebration

The La Feria Chamber of Commerce met last Monday and agreed to man a booth at the City of La Feria Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, June 29. The chamber will be selling drinks from 1-10 p.m. at the event to be held at the Veteran’s Memorial Sports Complex.
Local attorney Marco Jilpas was the guest speaker at the meeting. Marco was raised in San Juan and graduated as their salutatorian and then graduated summa cum lade from UT PanAmerican in only two and half years. He continued his studies in Houston and received his doctorate of jurisprudence in 2010.
Marco’s office is located in La Feria at 118 N. Main Street. He specializes in naturalization and immigration law and general family law. Give him a call at 797-1092.
