Kenneth Ervin Maple passed away October 5, 2013 in DeQueen, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his eldest son, Kenneth Maple, Jr.
Kenny was born in Batesville, AR on April 6, 1951 to Loyd and Pansy Maple. He graduated from Southside High School in Batesville, AR in 1969.
Kenny is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jeannie Barnett Maple; son, Johnny Lee Maple (Kimberly); daughter, Susan Maple Wells (Steve); seven grandchildren; brothers, William Maple (Pat) of Chatworth, GA, Donald Maple and Alvin Maple (Sue) both Batesville, AR; sisters, Naomi Lampe (Chuck) of Centralia, IL, Freda Bridges (Dale) of Damascus, AR, Shirley (Larry) Smith of Morrilton, AR; brothers, William Maple (Pat) Chatsworth, GA.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2013 from 12 pm to 9 pm with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, 10 a.m., at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in La Feria.
The family requests memorial donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
