La Feria PD to Distribute Toys to Local Children

Please Donate New, Unwrapped Toys at the La Feria News Toy Box
La Feria Police are again organizing the 13th annual “Operation Smile” project which collects new, unwrapped toys for the children of La Feria.
Please drop off your items in the toy box on or before Dec. 20 that is located in the La Feria News office and several other businesses in town. Toy boxes can be found at: Kenwood Park, Yellow Rose Park, VIP Park, La Feria RV Park, Sun Loan, City Hall, Texas Rose Bar, La Feria News, La Feria PD and Fire Dept., Rio Farm Market, JC Wings, Dollar General, El Centro and Dairy Queen. The police officers and firemen will be distributing the toys around the neighborhoods from their police units and firetrucks after 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 23.
