Los Amigos Restaurant Opens on Main Street

The Los Amigos Restaurant was jammed-full of long-time customers; city officials, including Mayor Steve Brewer, local dignitaries; and friends Thursday when Mary and Fred Gomez cut the ribbon to officially open their “bigger and better” new location on South Main Street. The turnout was very gratifying according to the owners.
“We had to expand because of the demand of our customers,”Mary said. “There just wasn’t enough room at our original restaurant–people seem to love our buffet of Mexican and American favorites,” she said. “We welcome our regular customers and everyone to visit us soon.”
