LFIDC Small Business Loan Helps Valley Liftman Expand

Since 2001, Valley Liftman Equipment Services offers equipment sales, service and parts to the Rio Grande Valley. Valley Liftman Equipment Services is owned/operated by Jose Morales. The business specializes in service and repair of lifts and is located at 1929 W. Expressway 83, La Feria, TX 78559. The company business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mr. Morales was seeking to purchase adjacent property in order to expand its business operations but needed help funding this project. Mr. Morales heard and decided to take advantage of the small business loan program that is offered in La Feria. He applied and received a loan from the La Feria IDC in April 2014. The expansion will allow Valley Liftman Equipment Services to double its work space to service more equipment and increase production. Additional space will also help operations as it will allow for better maneuverability in the delivery of equipment to be serviced by 18 wheeler trucks.
