Lion Golf Advances 3 to Regional Tournament

The Lion and Lionette golf team participated in the 32-4A district golf tournament this past Thursday at Howling Trails Golf Course in La Joya. The kids played hard on a windy and dusty day. Isabel Prado and Celica Quintana led the girls team advancing to the Regional tournament both shooting 89. Carlos Garcia led the boys team and will also participate in the Regional tournament shooting a 93 to advance as a medalist.
