The Jr. High golf team has started its annual spring season. This is an introduction to golf for most of these students. They will be practicing for the next few weeks before competing in a tournament against Harlingen Jr. High teams. This will give the students an idea of what it takes to compete in golf. The 8th grade students participating this year will be able to join the high school team next year if they decide they want to make golf their sport. This is the largest Jr. High class so far, each year the group keeps getting larger. This will be the 3rd season W.B. Green has Jr. High golf.
