La Feria IDC Introduces Revolving Loan Fund Program
- Updated: September 9, 2016
The La Feria Industrial Development Corporation (LFIDC) is working towards stimulating economic growth in the business community of La Feria. As part of their many efforts, the LFIDC is offering the Revolving Loan Fund Program funded by USDA.
The Revolving Loan Program was established to assist small businesses to access low interest loans to help with the expansion of a current business or to start a new business in the City of La Feria.
The minimum loan amount is $10,000 and the maximum is $150,000. These loans may be used for working capital, start-up cost, construction, repair and renovation, purchase of property and purchase of equipment. The loan program benefits the community by stimulating job creation and business retention. In addition, La Feria IDC is also collaborating with Texas Rural Communities (TRC), Inc. TRC also offers small business loans to existing businesses and entrepreneurs for the purpose of creating, retaining and/or expanding small businesses. TRC loans range from $10,000 minimum to $150,000 maximum.
