There were 6,000 Easter Eggs, 110 prizes – including bicycles, stuffed animals, footballs, and soccer balls, for children ages 1-10 years of age.
Mayor Olga Maldonado, City Manager Jaime Sandoval, Commissioners Julian Guevarra, Esmeralda Lozano, Jesse Zuniga, Donato Garcia, Eric Hoff, and former mayor Victor Gonzalez were all in attendance. The Easter bunny also made an appearance again this year to take photos with the families in attendance.
La Feria Police Chief Cesar Rene Diaz expressed thanks to everyone that assisted, including volunteers and donors, in this year’s Easter Egg Hunt. Thier continued support has made this annual event a success.
