Newly Elected La Feria City Commissioners Sworn In During Special Meeting

The City of La Feria held a swearing in ceremony for incumbents Donato Garcia, Julian Guevara Jr. and Esmeralda Lozano during a special meeting on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 in the city commission meeting room located at 115 E. Commercial Avenue, in La Feria.
Judges Arturo Salas and Juan Alvarez conducted the oath of office.
After each commissioner was sworn in they took a moment to take a photos with friends and family present.
Immediately following the meeting all in attendance were invited to a reception at the Chapparral building located at 108 S. Main St.
Mayor Maldonado along with each commissioner thanked the community for their support and also thanked God for seeing them through.
After giving thanks for the food all enjoyed a refreshing meal and drinks.
