La Feria Volunteer Fire Department to Fill the Boot for New Equipment
- Updated: July 21, 2017
The La Feria Volunteer Fire Department handles difficult situations such as many types of fires, health emergencies, vehicle accidents, and even dangerous pest mediation.
They work hard and tirelessly because they love and care about the community in which they serve. This Saturday, July 22, 2017 will afford the community an opportunity to show their support for our firefighters. The LFVFD will be “filling the boot” from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in La Feria.
The funds raised will go to provide new gear and equipment for the firefighters. New gear and equipment keep firefighters safe as they serve our community so when you see a firefighter holding up a boot this weekend be sure to give.
