La Feria JV and Freshman District Tennis Tournament Results
Congratulations to the La Feria Varsity tennis team for their performance and achievements at the 32-AAAA District Tennis Tournament held April 3-4, 2018 at the HEB Tennis Center in Harlingen. The Girls 2018 earned the Runner Up District title.
Standouts were Angela Hernandez and Denise Garcia placing 1st in Girls Doubles advancing them the Regional tournament; Danielle Ramos and Robert Avila placing 2nd in Mixed Doubles advancing them to the Regional tournament; Violeta Gamboa placing 3rd in Girls Singles positioning her as a Regional tournament alternate; and Juan D. Garcia, Jr. placing 4th in Boys Singles.
Congratulations to the La Feria Freshman Girls tennis team for their performance and achievement at the 32-AAAA District Tennis Tournament held April 3, 2018 at the HEB Tennis Center in Harlingen. The girls earned the 2018 Freshman Girls District title.
