Noble Texas Builder Relocates to La Feria

Noble Texas Builders is coming to town.
The Rio Grande Valley company is relocating to La Feria after it has been in Weslaco for a number of years.
The company’s presence had been evident on a window sign of the building Noble will have for its new headquarters, which is the old Chaparral building on Main Street.
“Noble supports our La Feria Lions,” read a sign in reference to mascot of the football team of the local school district as the team qualified for district playoff this past season.
Mayor Olga Maldonado said the company’s plans to be in her town are coming along well.
Noble is known for building and remodeling franchises, such as the McDonald’s here, and for many other commercial projects like the improvements being made on Isla Blanca Park on South Padre Island South.
It also builds apartment complexes such as the one under construction along Wild Rose Lane in Brownsville.
Christine Blouch, the company’s business manager general, said NTB will relocate to La Feria in early 2019.
She said the company employs more than 60 people and, although most of them work on site, she said they will make stops at the headquarters here.
