La Feria’s Methodist Church to Host Spring Luncheon March 13

Park Place Men’s Gospel Choir to perform southern gospel tunes
LA FERIA, Texas – First United Methodist Church of La Feria will hold its annual Spring Luncheon Wednesday, March 13. At the luncheon, guests will enjoy a full chicken salad meal and be registered to win door prizes. They will also be able to bid on new items at the silent auction. After the meal, guests are encouraged to stay and listen to the timeless southern gospel melodies of the Park Place Men’s Gospel Choir.
The doors will open at 11:45 a.m., and the performance will begin at 1 p.m. sharp. Advance tickets are $8, and tickets at the door are $10. Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit the mission projects of the United Methodist Women. The Park Place Men’s Gospel Choir will also donate their love offering to Loaves & Fishes in Harlingen.
