Students Recognized at LFISD School Board Meeting

At the regular LFISD School Board meeting that took place on November 13, several students from the La Feria Early College High School were recognized for their achievements. Both the Lion and Lionette Cross Country team made it to the Texas UIL Conference in their 4A division. The Lions came home with a silver medal and the Lionettes placed 8th as a team. The Varsity Tennis team was recognized as well as they made it to the 4A area championship. The ECHS Lion Band was also recognized for their performances in the Area marching contest back in October. The La Feria ECHS choir students were recognized and recently performed at the All-Region Concert Clinic in Rockport. The Channel 5 students of the week were recognized as well. Congratulations to all students!
