Mexican recording artist performs for private gathering at City Market Restaurant in La Feria. Neri Misael Alamilla from Mexico City sang for guests at a party arranged by his uncle, Carlos Banda of La Feria. The talented, professional singer was backed by the Los Hidalguenses Mariachi band. The performance before some 85 guests included a program of popular Mariachi and well known regional music from various parts of Mexico.
It was the artist’s first performance in the United States. He regularly sings and records with Mariachi groups in Mexico City. He was born in Cuauhtlan Izcalli, Estado de Mexico.
