13th Annual La Feria Easter Egg Hunt Set for April 4th
- Updated: March 13, 2015
The City of La Feria’s 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday April 4th, 2015 at The La Feria Nature Center located at 1800 South Rabb Road at 9:00 a.m.
The La Feria Police Department is accepting monetary donations from area businesses to fill more than 5,000 Easter eggs that will be distributed for the children ages 1-5 and 6-10. Prize donations or monetary donations are also being accepted.
If you would like more information about the Easter egg hunt, or to make a donation, please contact Donato Garcia, La Feria Chief of Police at (956) 797-3121 or (956) 797-2485.
All donations must be in prior to April 3, 2015 so that there’s sufficient time to fill the Easter eggs and decorate the prizes.
Police Chief Garcia added, “Any amount will go a long way into making this annual tradition extra special for the children of our community.”
