La Feria Invitational Cross Country Meet Results

Tina Sierra wins the varsity girls division.
The La Feria Cross Country teams ran at the La Feria Invitational meet October 3rd at the high school.
The girls Varsity team won their division. with a score of 51 points . Tina Sierra won the meet leading from start to finish. She has run several outstanding meets this year. The teams other top finishers were Briana Reyes placing 9th,Esmerelda Cortez 13th,Madalyne Garcia 15th, Kayla Lowe 16th and Valerie Maldonado 21st.

The Boys Varsity team placed 2nd in their Division. Mario Aleman placed 3rd in the division he was followed by Carlos Rodriguez who placed 4th. They ran a fine race with Mario running a strong and balanced effort throughout the meet. Carlos was able to maintain a good pace in the race. The other top finishers were Reyes Rodriguez 10th,Joseph Lunn 12th,Darius Hernandez 25th Okie Contreras 27th and Juan A.Garcia 28th.

The Boys J.V. team placed 3rd in their division . They were led by Richard Garcia who placed 8th. The other top finishers were Jose Garcia 12th and Curtis Rodriguez 24th.
