Lion Golf Opens Season in McAllen

The Lion golf team started off their season participating in the McAllen Invitational. Andy Cortez led the boys with a 77 and 84, while Isabel Prado led the girls with a 90 and a 78 in the two day tournament. The kids competed against larger 5A and 6A schools and had a good showing. Next week the team travels to Weslaco on October 5th to participate in the Donna Invitational.
