La Feria falls in the Bi-District round

The La Feria Lionettes took on the Calallen Lady Wildcats of District 31-4A in the Bi-District Round of the 2022 UIL Class 4A Region 4 Bi-District Round. Coming in as the District Champs in 31-4A, Calallen surely was going to be a test for La Feria, the four seed of District 32-4A. La Feria punched their ticket to the Bi-District Round, in which the Lionettes fell to Alice 3-0.
Set one was controlled by Calallen, who displayed Solid offense and defense to limit the Lionettes to only 26 points the entire night. Calallen captured set one 25-8 to go ahead 1-0. Calallen, who continued this tempo of aggressive offense and solid defense, again took control in set two to win 25-13, despite La Feria putting up five more points than in set one.
With Calallen capturing set two 25-13, the Lady Wildcats continued their sheer dominance on both sides of the ball, jumped ahead early and captured set three 25-5, sweeping La Feria to advance to the area round.
