La Feria News Opens Up Gift Shop
- Updated: June 29, 2023
Almost 8 months ago La Feria News decided to move into a bigger space and ended up located just behind our old location. The newspaper needed the space since we were outgrowing the previous one.
Once we moved in all our office equipment, we ended up with too much space, so we decided to do something with the space in front of our office. We envisioned a place where people could shop for unique items and purchase local handmade crafts. After a few months our vision came to light, and we opened La Feria News Gifts & More. We opened a consignment shop and paired up with local screen-printing business Broken Tee Graphix and Sports. Broken Tee makes all types of screen printing, vinyl logos, and specialized designs. You can find many of their products and designs in the shop.
There are also a couple of locals that have set up some of their items for sale. We have everything from clothing to jewelry, collectibles, and several unique items. We want people to shop locally and support local entrepreneurs. You can find us at 123 W. Commercial Ave., and we are located right next to the La Feria Café. Our phone number is (956) 797-9920 or you could visit our Facebook page for our hours and check out some of our products.
