La Feria Industrial Development Corporation Offers Small Business Loan Program
- Updated: March 20, 2015
The La Feria Industrial Development Corporation (LFIDC) wants to continue to stimulate economic growth in the business community through the small business loan program.
The small business loan program is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and it is offering low interest loans to assist with the expansion of a current business or to start up a new business in La Feria.
These loans may be used for working capital, start-up costs, construction, repair and renovation, purchase of property and/or equipment and the loan terms are very generous. What the LFIDC is looking for are qualifying businesses who serve the needs of the La Feria community members by creating new jobs for the area and stimulating the local economy.
The Reyna Network, LLC is the consulting firm that has been contracted to manage these loans. They will process the application but they do not determine eligibility. Once the application process is completed, it is taken to the review committee and to the LFIDC board.
The Reyna Network, LLC will be available for business loan interviews at the La Feria City Hall every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. If you would like to set up an appointment, please call The Reyna Network, LLC at (956) 583-7431.
