Santa Rosa Sophmore Goes to State

Santa Rosa – Rey Martinez, a sophomore student at Santa Rosa high School has qualified for the State Powerlifting Tournament to be held in Abilene on April 2, 2016.
Martinez qualified in the 112 pound weight class and had a total lift of 820 lbs. in squat, bench press and deadlift at the Regional Meet in Bishop, TX held on March 12, 2016. Pablo de los Santos is the Powerlifting Coach for Santa Rosa ISD.
