Lion Cheerleaders Cheer for the Cure!
- Updated: October 25, 2013
Lots of pink was evident at the Lion vs. Bobcat football game showing support for “October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month”, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. The Lion Cheer leading Squad switched their pom-poms and hair ties to pink for the event and spectators saw football players wearing pink gloves or protectors to bring awareness to the cause.
