La Feria ISD Held a Successful Commencement Ceremony

On Friday, May 24, the La Feria Early College High School Commencement Ceremony took place at Lion Stadium. The event marked a significant milestone in students’ lives and celebrated the culmination of their high school journey.
The Commencement Ceremony was a unique and historic event, marking the first time in La Feria that Seniors graduated from an Early College High School. Spectators were welcomed from 7:00 p.m., and seating was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Standard policies were enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, making this a truly special occasion for all.
For those who couldn’t attend in person, the Ceremony was thoughtfully made accessible through live-streaming, ensuring that no one missed out on this important event. It included a processional, speeches, and diploma distribution.
Though confetti and confetti poppers were not allowed, the crowd expressed their support for the graduates with enthusiastic cheers on their special day.
The commencement ceremony was a resounding success, with the entire community coming together to show their love and support for this year’s graduating class of 2024. The collective pride and support were palpable, making this a truly memorable event for all.

La Feria ISD Celebró una Exitosa Ceremonia de Graduación
El viernes 24 de mayo se llevó a cabo la Ceremonia de Graduación de la Escuela Secundaria La Feria Early College en el Estadio León. El evento marcó un hito importante en la vida de los estudiantes y celebró la culminación de su trayectoria en la escuela secundaria.
La Ceremonia de Graduación fue un evento único e histórico, ya que marcó la primera vez en La Feria que los estudiantes del último año se graduaron de una Escuela Secundaria con Universidad Temprana. Los espectadores fueron recibidos a partir de las 19:00 horas y los asientos estaban disponibles por orden de llegada. Se aplicaron políticas estándar para garantizar una experiencia segura y agradable para todos, haciendo de esta una ocasión verdaderamente especial para todos.
Para aquellos que no pudieron asistir en persona, la Ceremonia se hizo accesible a través de transmisión en vivo, asegurando que nadie se perdiera este importante evento. Incluyó una procesión, discursos y distribución de diplomas.
Aunque no se permitieron confeti ni estallidos de confeti, la multitud expresó su apoyo a los graduados con vítores entusiastas en su día especial.
