Harlingen Opens First Pump Track in South Texas

The City of Harlingen now has one of the first asphalt pump tracks in South Texas, the Harlingen Arroyo Park Velosolutions Asphalt Pump Track. The ribbon cutting and time trial race were held on Saturday, October 12, 2024. It was a fantastic celebration of the grand opening of the new Pump Track at Arroyo Park, 1101 E. New Hampshire.
